friends! Welcome to my blog!
I'm
Malina! From scrunchies and jellies to sock buns and stilettos, I have been
drooling over the latest style trends, all of my life. I'm a girl who loves a
good deal, enjoys a fresh pour of a full-bodied Merlot, my favorite place to be
is swimming in the ocean and I love love love sunshine!
After
graduating from DeSales University with a Communications
and Television degree I very excitedly slipped on a pair
of pink pumps and strutted myself right to NYC to pursue a dream
of mine – working in TV. I landed an awesome job with VH1 interviewing
celebrities in the bright flashing lights on the red carpet, and interviewing
the top designers on the runway at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. From there, I
followed my heart and moved to Virginia which is where the love of my life was
living. I fell in LOVE with the area and landed a television
gig here which then led me to another amazing gig at Studio Center, where
myself and my good friend/colleague launched their unscripted TV division. In May of 2014 I
married that studly high school-sweetheart-honey of mine. We rescued our fun-loving
pooch Gus that summer, and in 2017 after the birth of our sweet baby girl Koa
Amelia, I put my TV career on pause to focus on my little family and living
happily ever after.
I
am so excited to be able to use this blog as a creative outlet to showcase the style projects I'm working on, products and styles I love, thoughts on my mind, fun moments with
family and everything in between! I am a creative, artistic fun loving person, that
bursts at the seams with energy and love; I sure do hope that this blog will be a
reflection of that. I live in a brightly
colored, creative world, and my style is one of the ways that I express myself. This blog is my way of sharing my lifestyle
inspirations with all of you. I am an accessory queen both in wardrobe and
decor and I love all the little details that go into making something look both
pretty and eclectic. I have a passion for
fashion and life and I can’t wait to share my styles and inspirations with all
of you!
